SCHEDULE: Flexible schedule, mornings, evenings, and overnights, weekdays and weekends 4 - 12 hour shifts.

Qualified Candidates:
- Have a passion for helping people.
- Have been a caregiver for at least 2 years, or have the desire and willingness to learn.
- Experienced with individuals who have Alzheimer’s or dementia.
- Are proficient with Activities of Daily Living (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting).
- Are proficient with ambulation and transfers.
- Fluent in English.
- Have reliable transportation, a willingness to drive clients in their car, current auto insurance, and a current Driver's License.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate in-home care to clients, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Monitor and document client observations to report any changes in condition.
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for clients.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and their families to address needs and concerns.
